Ahead of Clarkstown Democratic Forum, Davidson Announces Another Surge of Local Endorsements
Davidson Campaign releases more than 20 new Clarkstown endorsements, bringing her total in Clarkstown to more than 50 and her district-wide endorsements to over 200
Nyack, NY — Beth Davidson, Rockland County Legislator and candidate for Congress in New York’s 17th District, today announced more than 50 endorsements from Clarkstown elected officials, Democratic Party leaders, and community leaders. These include over 20 new endorsements, adding to the growing list of more than 200 endorsements for Davidson’s campaign, including the unified backing of Rockland County’s Democratic Party leadership and elected officials—a critical show of strength in a county that makes up 40% of the district.
“I’m energized by the incredible support from local Clarkstown leaders who know what it takes to deliver real results for our community,” said Beth Davidson. “For nearly a decade in office, I’ve fought to make life more affordable and safer for Hudson Valley families, and I’m ready to bring that same record and determination to clean up the chaos in Washington.”
Davidson, a longtime Nyack resident and cancer survivor, has built a reputation for results-driven, bipartisan leadership on the Rockland County Legislature. Her campaign has continued to gain momentum across the district, with support from a broad coalition of elected officials, Democratic party leaders, and community leaders.
The new endorsements come just ahead of the Clarkstown Democratic Committee Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 15th, where Davidson will make the case for why her proven track record of beating Republicans in tough campaigns and leading in divided government make her the right candidate to take on Mike Lawler.
