Beth Davidson Releases “Fighting For You”

Today, Rockland County Legislator and candidate for Congress Beth Davidson released her third TV ad of the campaign. “Fighting for You” highlights the important choice Democratic primary voters have this election, contrasting Davidson’s record of standing up against Trump’s DHS to protect immigrant communities against Cait Conley’s ongoing work with two AI companies that help ICE target, track, and detain immigrants and spy on U.S. citizens.

In the wake of horrific violence by Trump’s ICE and border patrol agents in Minneapolis that left two American citizens dead, Davidson cosponsored and continues to work on legislation that would protect New York’s immigrant communities and lawful protests.

“Trump’s ICE has unleashed terror and violence on our streets, detaining law-abiding immigrants and killing two American citizens. As a county legislator, I’ve stood up against Trump and Lawler and worked to protect our communities from ICE,” said Beth Davidson. “Cait Conley, on the other hand, has since launching her campaign made hundreds of thousands of dollars working with AI companies that help ICE track and detain law-abiding immigrants—and tried to hide it from voters. Voters have a clear choice in this primary, and they deserve someone who is taking the fight to Trump and ICE, not profiting off Palantir partners.”

The ad corresponds with the release of a new website, whodoescaitconleyworkfor.com, which shares important information with voters about the hundreds of thousands of dollars Conley has earned since 2025 working for Primer AI and Hidden Level Inc., two AI companies that help ICE target, track, and spy on law-abiding immigrants and U.S. citizens.

Last month, Cait Conley was caught stalling her personal financial disclosure form, which then revealed that she’s not only continued but expanded her work with the two AI companies that support Trump’s DHS and ICE. Conley’s PFD reveals that since January 2025, she has been paid more than $325,000 in salary and consulting fees by these companies.
